The introduction will last for approximately 30 - 45 minutes with time
at the end for Q&A and private sound healing sessions with anyone interested for

A Meditative Sound Bath
Saturday evening December 27th, 2025 from 6 - 7 PM at:
This will be an immersive, full-body listening experience using instruments like crystal singing bowls, Native American-style flutes, crystal singing pyramids, and other instruments. A sound bath is designed to promote relaxation, balance, and a sense of calm. This experience will be beneficial for reducing stress, anxiety, and improving mood during this hectic holiday season.
Bring a comfortable pad to lay upon, such as a yoga mat and a cushion for your head or, if you prefer, a cushion to sit upon. Although optional, eye coverings and blankets will aid in a complete immersive experience.
The cost is $20 if paid ahead of time (see below) or $25 at the event.
Your spot will be secure once you register and pay. Space is limited so register early.
