What is Sound Healing?

- Everything, including our body, vibrate at specific frequencies, and when these frequencies become disrupted due to stress or illness, sound healing can help restore balance.
- Sound healing works by utilizing frequency and vibration, influencing brainwave patterns through brainwave entrainment, and employing the principle of resonance to encourage self-healing.
- Sound healing is practiced in different formats using crystal bowls, tuning forks, electronic frequencies and other instruments. I also offer group healing in the form of Sound Baths.
